Spent 2 nights in a cozy twin room. The location is fab for exploring, and the garden area is perfect on sunny days. Enjoyed the hearty meals, particularly loved the tasty Christmas pie! Definitely worth a visit....  

Consider using the Park and Ride service for a convenient trip to the Gloucester outlet centers. parking can get crowded in the mornings.

This hotel has a charming atmosphere, and the staff were generally friendly. the dining experience was hit or miss, with cold food at times. The overall stay was enjoyable, and the gardens provided a lovely backdrop, especially on a warmer day.

The double room was spacious and comfy, especially the large bed—definitely a plus! Everything felt clean and fresh. The decor had that nice cozy vibe too. Might need a little touch-up here and there, but overall I enjoyed the stay. It’s a solid place to relax for a few nights.

I had a pleasant stay with a comfortable bed and clean room during my two nights. The bar area creates a lovely atmosphere for relaxation, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. I found the dining service to be a bit inconsistent, especially for dinner.

A spacious Superior Double Room with a four-poster bed provided exceptional comfort, enhanced by a good selection of teas on the courtesy tray. The warm atmosphere and friendly bar staff added to the experience. service in the restaurant was lacking as the staff did not seem engaging, and breakfast orders took too long to arrive even when the dining area appeared not too busy. accommodating a simple request for a table for five felt like an inconvenience.
